Tiffini Stratton, DDS
Dr. Stratton is the founding practitioner and owner of Lucid Sleep Experts. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2007. She is a diplomate in dental sleep medicine through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA). Dr. Stratton personally provides oral appliance therapy for patients with sleep breathing disorders and has over 15 years of experience in treating these conditions. Her passion for the sleep industry drives her to deliver innovative diagnostic and treatment options. Outside the office, she enjoys live music, painting and art, and spending as much time with her 4 kids as possible.
Stephen Clegg, DDS
Stephen Clegg, DDS, is a 1980 graduate of The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston and practiced General Dentistry for 30 years in Dallas. He received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003. During his time in Dallas, Dr. Clegg began incorporating Oral Appliance Therapy into his practice and upon moving to Fredericksburg in 2009, he decided to limit his practice to focus on Dental Sleep Medicine and the treatment of sleep breathing disorders.

Shana Hansen, MD
Shana Hansen, MD, brings over two decades of experience in pediatric and adult sleep medicine to Lucid Sleep Experts in San Antonio and Kerrville. A triple fellow in sleep medicine, pediatrics, and adolescent/young adult medicine, Dr. Hansen is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve better sleep and overall wellness.
After graduating as valedictorian from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Dr. Hansen served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, where she built a distinguished career in clinical care and medical education. Her journey in medicine has taken her from Maryland to Virginia, and ultimately to San Antonio, where she completed advanced training in sleep medicine.
Dr. Hansen is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to integrating her diverse specialties to provide personalized, high-quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family, exploring the San Antonio area, cycling, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
Adam Branch, NP
Adam Branch, NP, is a compassionate and experienced family nurse practitioner specializing in sleep medicine. A veteran from the U.S. Army who served as an Armor Officer, Scouting America volunteer leader, and proud member of multiple professional nursing organizations, Adam brings over a decade of clinical experience across internal medicine, pulmonology, cardiology, and sleep health.
Before joining Lucid Sleep Experts, Adam played a key role in expanding multidisciplinary clinics across Texas, helping build patient-centered programs, and implementing innovative care systems to improve outcomes. Known for his calm leadership, collaborative spirit, and dedication to helping patients achieve restorative sleep, Adam combines clinical expertise with a deep sense of service cultivated through his military and community involvement.
When not in the clinic, Adam enjoys mentoring youth through Scouting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family in Boerne, Texas.
